Major Rathore

Major Rathore is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and financial reporting. Currently serving as the Director of FP&A at Pacific Life Re since August 2021, Major has held various strategic roles, including Group FP&A Consultant at AmTrust International and multiple interim finance management positions within prominent organizations. Major co-founded Neu-World Corporation Ltd, where responsibilities included overseeing financial effectiveness and achieving operational targets. Major holds a BSc Hons in Accounting and Financial Management from Loughborough University and A levels in Mathematics, Business Studies, and Accountancy from Bilborough Sixth Form.
