Matthew Glancy

Matthew Glancy is an Associate Actuary at Pacific Life Re since September 2022, having progressed through roles as Senior Actuarial Analyst and Actuarial Analyst. Matthew has successfully passed multiple actuarial exams, including CM1, CM2, CS1, CS2, CB1, CB2, CB3, CP1, CP2, CP3, SP1, SP2, and SA2. Prior to joining Pacific Life Re, Matthew completed a virtual internship program at Citi in September 2019, where responsibilities included portfolio construction, strategic rationale development for acquisition, and discounted cash flow analysis. Experience in the retail sector includes working as a Farmers Market Seller and Farm Shop Worker at Court Farm and Leisure from 2015 to 2018, where Matthew led a team to achieve record sales and implemented a pricing strategy that boosted market sales. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Imperial College London, along with A-Levels from Hereford Sixth Form College and GCSEs from Weobley High School.
