Neil Ryder has over two decades of experience in IT support and service delivery. Currently serving as an IT Helpdesk Support Analyst at Pacific Life Re since May 2015, Neil previously held the position of Senior IT Support Analyst at Platform365 Ltd from June 2011 to December 2014.
