Prior to this role, Anya held the position of Corporate Counsel at the Automobile Club of Southern California, where advisory services were rendered on investment management and licensing arrangements. Anya's legal career began as a Corporate Associate at both Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and Winston & Strawn LLP, focusing on M&A transactions, SEC regulatory matters, and asset-based financing. Anya holds a J.D. from USC Gould School of Law and dual undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and International Relations from the University of Southern California, along with international business education from Copenhagen Business School.
