Cindy Hayner Chen, CFA, PMP, currently serves as a Senior Program Manager at Pacific Life, focusing on the implementation of the FIS Prophet Enterprise actuarial modeling platform. With extensive experience at State Street spanning over two decades, Cindy held multiple leadership roles, including Managing Director and Vice President, overseeing significant projects such as the Global Banking Modernization Program and the design and implementation of enterprise reconciliation platforms. Prior roles include Systems Lead at ConAgra Foods and Development Lead at The Capital Group, where Cindy managed diverse teams and complex projects to enhance operational efficiency. Cindy earned an MBA in Finance/Accounting from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California, graduating Cum Laude.
