Karen Neeley

Karen (Inkel) Neeley is an accomplished financial services professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of the Institutional Retirement Solutions Group at Pacific Life, Karen has previously held key positions including Vice President at Thrivent, where responsibilities included leading Advice and Planning Solutions as well as Strategic Execution & Integration. Prior roles at Prudential Financial and Voya Financial focused on retirement strategy and corporate markets planning, respectively. Karen holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from The University of Memphis and further education from Villanova University.
