Tom Bilello

Tom Bilello serves as Vice President and Associate General Counsel, as well as Vice President and Division Chief Compliance Officer at Pacific Life since September 1994. Prior experience includes serving as an Adjunct Professor at Western State University College of Law from 1993 to 1994 and working as an Attorney at Shapiro, Posell & Close between 1990 and 1992. Tom Bilello holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Harvard Law School, a Master of Arts in English from UC Irvine, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UCLA, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Animal Law from Lewis & Clark Law School.
