Zach Latham

Zach Latham currently serves as the Head of Employer Services in the Workforce Benefits Division at Pacific Life, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Zach worked at Unum for nearly seven years, progressing from Director of Contact Center Customer Experience to Assistant Vice President of the Absence Management Center. Zach holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where studies were completed between 2007 and 2009, and also earned a bachelor's degree from the same institution from 2003 to 2007.
