Kaylin Hoang is an accomplished student leader with extensive experience in community service and organization. Currently serving as Dublin Interact President and within various roles in Interact District 5170, Kaylin has successfully planned area-wide fundraisers and events benefiting the environment and local communities. Kaylin also holds leadership positions in multiple organizations, including Vice President of Swab4Dublin, Director of Social Impact for The Stemistry Project, and Vice President of Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières - USA. With a strong commitment to outreach and education, Kaylin has spearheaded numerous initiatives, significantly increasing membership and volunteer involvement across organizations. Kaylin's dedication to service is further demonstrated through key contributions in fund management, event coordination, and mentorship programs at Dublin High School.

Pacific Links Foundation ("Vòng Tay Thái Bình" in Vietnamese) breaks the cycle of human trafficking by investing comprehensively in at-risk youth and their communities to prevent trafficking before it starts, and in survivors to build a new life. In Vietnam, we work in the provinces bordering Cambodia, China and Laos. Pacific Links Foundation is a US-based 501c3 nonprofit with 20+ years of experience in empowering youth and communities to end human trafficking.
