Victoria provides leadership and oversight for PMI’s tax credit and affordable properties division. Under her leadership, innovation and best practices are driven across the portfolio of five properties and 900 units.
Prior to joining PMI in 1987, she held accounting positions with several commercial lenders including Walter E. Heller and Company where she was a Senior Commercial Lender. Collectively, Victoria has over twenty years of experience in accounting. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Governor State University and an Associate degree in Business from the University of Phoenix.
Victoria additionally holds a Certificate in Accounting and is certified in Low-Income Tax Credit Compliance, as well as a Certified Occupancy Specialist. Additionally, she is a licensed Managing Broker with the State of Illinois.
