Wayne Chang

Wayne Chang is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in financial reporting and analysis. Currently serving as Financial Reporting Manager at Pacific Maritime Association since November 2019, Wayne previously held various roles at Bank of the West from January 2011 to October 2019, including Financial Analyst and Sr Fixed Asset Accountant. Earlier in the career, Wayne worked as a Payroll Accountant at Stanford University from January 2005 to November 2010. Wayne holds a B.A. in Economics from UCLA and an MBA with a focus on Global Innovation from California State University - East Bay.
