Melissa Presto has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and insurance industries. Melissa began their career in 2008 as a Sales Representative/Insurance Agent at Liberty Mutual Group. In 2010, they transitioned to the healthcare field and joined Pacific Medical Centers as a Patient Access Representative. Over the years, they held various roles including Procedure Coordinator/Surgery Scheduler, Clinic Supervisor, and Practice Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations at Pacific Medical Centers.
Melissa Presto, MHA, began their education in 1998 at Seattle Preparatory School, where they obtained their High School Diploma in 2002. In the same year, they enrolled at the University of San Francisco and pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on International Business. Additionally, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Theology/Theological Studies at the same institution. Melissa continued their academic journey at the University of Phoenix from 2011 to 2012, where they earned a Master's degree in Health Administration.
