Joe Hartley

Joe Hartley is an experienced operations manager currently employed at Pacific Mobile Structures, Inc. since 2014, overseeing operations in Portland. Previously, Joe served as a field superintendent at Hi Tech Metal Fab and as a project superintendent at LCM Contracting, Inc., where responsibilities included managing diverse construction projects. Earlier experience includes roles at Envirocon, Skanska USA, and Baldwin Construction Inc., where project supervision and team management were key responsibilities. Joe holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Business Administration/Construction Management from Heald College, as well as coursework from San Juan Community College.
