Amelia Hough-Ross

Amelia Hough-Ross is a seasoned technology professional with over 19 years of experience in cloud engineering, project management, and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Cloud Engineer at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory since June 2021, Amelia also owns Brynn Consulting LLC, established in January 2018. Prior experience includes serving as the Deputy CTO at Companion Data Services from September 2014 to May 2021, and project management at Expedia from June 2011 to August 2014, where responsibilities included rolling out new functionalities to support itinerary and self-service features. Amelia has held significant roles on boards, such as being a member of the Board of Directors for the Pacific Northwest Organizational Development Network from January 2012 to May 2013, and has worked in compliance and release management at Sherwin-Williams and Progressive Insurance, respectively. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Strategic Management and Organizational Behavior from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, a BA in Computer Science from Smith College, and a Hybrid Cloud Engineer Nanodegree from Udacity.
