Eugene Nemeth

Eugene Nemeth is an experienced professional in nuclear operations and facility management, currently serving as the Radiochemical Processing Laboratory Facility Manager and Nuclear Facility Manager at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory since June 2023. Prior to this role, Eugene held various leadership positions at Amentum, including Senior Line Manager for the WTCC Nuclear Facility, where responsibilities included managing safety and operations for hazardous chemical and nuclear facilities. Eugene also served as Deputy Commander of Submarine Squadron Nineteen in the US Navy, and has extensive experience as a nuclear-trained officer, including commanding roles that involved operational readiness and quality assurance for multiple submarine crews. Eugene holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University.
