Kimberly Pennala-Burks

Kimberly Pennala-Burks is an experienced HR Data Project Specialist at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory since January 2023, with a strong background in corporate relations and philanthropy. Previously, as Corporate and External Relations Manager at Numerica Credit Union, Kimberly executed various business development initiatives and marketing campaigns. At United Way of Benton & Franklin Counties, Kimberly served as Director of Philanthropy & Major Gifts, successfully managing multi-million-dollar campaigns. Additional roles include Success Coordinator at Richland School District and positions in community relations, advocacy, and coaching, demonstrating a commitment to community engagement and youth development. Kimberly holds an Educational Administration Master's degree from Washington State University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the same institution, complemented by coursework at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, Western Washington University, and Walla Walla Community College.
