Lucy Groves is a Legal Analyst at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, with a focus on International Nuclear and Arms Control Law as a Legal Extern in the Global Security Technology & Policy Group. As Co-Editor-in-Chief of Awaken Contemporary Journal of Bioethics, Lucy contributes to the intersection of ethics and contemporary issues until May 2024.
