Paul Wolfram

Earth Scientist At The Joint Global Change Research Institute

Paul Wolfram is an Earth Scientist at the Joint Global Change Research Institute, a collaborative initiative of the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory and the University of Maryland, since June 2021, focusing on the sectoral interactions and environmental consequences of the global energy transition. Previously, Paul completed a PhD in Industrial Ecology at Yale School of the Environment, served as a Research Associate and Fellow at the International Council on Clean Transportation, and gained experience through research assistance positions at the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research and various internships in transportation and environmental policy. Paul holds an M.Sc. in Environmental Planning from Technische Universität Berlin and a B.Sc. in Transportation Economics from Technische Universität Dresden. Additionally, Paul participated in a research exchange program at UNSW.
