Tristan Colo

Tristan Colo has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple companies and roles.

Tristan started their career at Walmart in 2014 as an Overnight Stocker before transitioning to a Network Technician role at Clark College in 2015. At Clark College, they provided technical support to NTEC students and assisted with various networking tasks.

In 2016, Tristan worked as an Office IT Support Technician at Cost Less Auto Parts - Corporate, providing IT support to the office staff. Tristan then joined Atmosera as a Technical Assistance Command Center Technician, where they monitored and troubleshooted various components of the company's infrastructure.

Tristan further expanded their expertise at ProCirrus Technologies, where they served in multiple positions. As an Infrastructure - Network/Storage Engineer, their responsibilities included configuring and updating WatchGuard Firewall solutions, maintaining network documentation, and handling customer tickets. Tristan later joined ProCirrus's OnBoarding team, where they gathered and documented information about clients' networks.

In 2018, Tristan joined The Randall Group, Inc. as a Jr. Systems Administrator. In this role, they provided helpdesk support, installed and maintained servers and networking equipment, monitored datacenter systems, and assisted in IT infrastructure-related projects.

Tristan then worked at BlackPoint IT Services as a Service Desk Associate Consultant (Tier 3) and later as a Security Operations Consultant. In these roles, they provided consulting services for security operations and tier 3 technical support to clients.

Currently, Tristan is working as a Network Engineer at Pacific Office Automation, where they are responsible for network engineering tasks.

Tristan Colo's education history is as follows:

Tristan attended Clark College from 2019 to 2022, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) degree in Cyber Security. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2016, they also attended Clark College and earned an Associate in Applied Technology Degree with Honors in Network and System Administration/Administrator.

Before attending college, Tristan completed their high school education at Evergreen High School from 2010 to 2014, where they received a High School Diploma in General Studies.

In addition to their formal education, Tristan has also obtained several certifications. In 2016, they received the MTA: Windows Operating System Fundamentals certification from Microsoft. Later, in 2017, they earned a Certification in Achievement in Cisco Network Technologies from Clark College.

Further certifications include the WatchGuard - Fireware Essentials (August 2017) and WatchGuard - Firewall Policies (December 2018), both from WatchGuard Technologies. Tristan also became an Auvik Certified Professional in March 2021 through Auvik Networks Inc.

In 2021 and 2022, Tristan obtained multiple certifications from WatchGuard Technologies, including WatchGuard - Network Security Essentials (September 2021), WatchGuard - Secure Wi-Fi Essentials (January 2023), WatchGuard - Multi-Factor Authentication Essentials (July 2023), and WatchGuard - EndPoint Security Essentials (July 2023).

Additionally, in 2022, Tristan obtained the Datto Certified Advanced Technician (DCAT) - Continuity certification from Datto, Inc., and the CyberOps Associate certification from Cisco. Finally, in 2023, they also earned the Datto Certified Deployment Specialist (DCDS) - Continuity certification from Datto, Inc.
