James Doyle is an experienced Project Director at CIMIC Energy since November 2024 and at Pacific Partnerships since April 2017, having previously served as Project Manager. Prior experience includes Engineering Manager at Clough from April 2012 to April 2017 and Senior Project Engineer on significant projects such as the Ichthys Product Loading Jetty and QGC Compression Facilities. Earlier roles included Project Engineer at ALBEM OPERATIONS, where involvement in the Pacific Motorway Upgrade and Houghton Highway Duplication projects occurred, and Section Engineer at Carillion on the East London Line Extension.
