Operations and Resource Management

The Operations and Resource Management team at Pacific Pile & Marine (PPM) is responsible for coordinating and optimizing the use of resources, equipment, and personnel to ensure the efficient execution of construction projects. This team manages critical operational functions including systems administration, resource allocation, equipment logistics, document management, procurement of materials, and contract administration, ensuring each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
