Flint Tearney has held various roles in the technology industry since 2006. From 2006-2008, they worked as a Consultant - Project Manager for Cord Blood Registry. During this time, they managed two IT projects simultaneously, which included implementing a new Siebel asset & inventory management system and a sales-generating on-line enrollment portal with Web Services integration. From 2008-2009, they worked as a Consultant - Engagement Manager / Program Manager for Xilinx, where they managed a three year program implementing an Oracle CRM solution. Flint also recommended and instituted new methodologies to support and improve large scale project lifecycle. During this time, they also worked as a Consultant - Engagement / Project Manager for Wind River, where they managed a joint business transformation and IT implementation project. In 2009, Flint began working for SunPower Corporation as a Consultant - Project Manager & Business Process, where they managed a business process definition project and performed a vendor selection for the replacement of SunPower's existing CRM application. From 2014-2018, they worked as a Consultant - Project Manager for HGST, Appirio, BD, and Wells Fargo. In 2019, they became the Chief Financial Officer, Co-Founder, and Owner of Pacific Point Inc, where they oversee the company's APAC operations, finances, financial planning, management of financial risks, margin analysis, and financial reporting.
Flint Tearney received a BS Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky in 1998. Flint then completed an MBA from the same university in 1999, with a field of study in MBA. In 1998, they also completed a course in International Marketing from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business).
