Britt Peoples, M.S. has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Britt started their career at Grambling State University, where they worked as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant and later as a Student Financial Aid Advisor. At Mortgage Contracting Services, they served as a Senior Asset Preservation Coordinator. Britt then joined RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation, where they held multiple roles including Senior Customer Service Representative, Senior Collections Team Lead, Correspondence Processing Team Lead, and Customer Service Advocate Team Lead. Currently, they are working at Pacific Premier Bank as the 1st VP / HOA Client Support & Service Manager, having previously held the positions of Vice President/Community Association Client Manager, AVP/HOA Client Manager, and HOA Client Manager. Britt'sroles have involved managing teams, providing client support, utilizing advanced technology for banking services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Britt Peoples, M.S. obtained a Master of Science degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from Grambling State University between 2012 and 2015. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from the same university from 2007 to 2011. Their high school education includes attending Midlothian High School from 2006 to 2007 and Cedar Hill High School from 2003 to 2006.
