Peggy Ohlhaver, Ed.D. has extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership. Peggy most recently served as the Sr. EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer at Pacific Premier Bank, where they oversaw all aspects of human resources and payroll. Prior to that, they held the role of Vice President Human Resources at Aegion Energy Services, BakerCorp, and Emulex, where they led various initiatives such as talent management, succession planning, and change management. Peggy also served as the Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they implemented executive development strategies and recruitment campaigns. Peggy'searlier work experience includes roles at Printronix, FileNet, American Savings Bank, FSB, Apria Healthcare, and National Education Corporation.
Peggy Ohlhaver holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University. Peggy also obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources from the same institution. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Sciences from Indiana University East. In addition to their academic qualifications, Peggy Ohlhaver has obtained certifications such as EQi 2.0 from the College of Executive Coaching. Peggy is also a Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), and a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) from WorldatWork and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP), respectively.
