Rachel Serfaty

Rachel Serfaty is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree at Columbia University from August 2023 to May 2025. Prior to this, Rachel completed a degree in Marketing at Tulane University from 2018 to 2022. Rachel has gained professional experience as a Field Guide at Pacific Quest since July 2022 and has held various roles in customer service, including as a Server at Superior Seafood and Oyster Bar and Summer House, a Sales Associate at Urban Outfitters, and a Barista at Starbucks. Rachel has been a student at both Columbia University and Tulane University during different periods, demonstrating a commitment to continuous education and professional development.
