Thao Pham

Thao Pham, M.S. is a Human Factors Engineer at Pacific Science & Engineering Group, Inc. since June 2022, where user interviews, usability testing, and contextual inquiries are conducted to understand user needs. Previous experience includes roles as a Graduate Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Idaho from August 2020 to May 2022, where lesson plans were implemented, lectures delivered, and student performance assessed. As a UX Research Intern at WePlay Sports from November 2020 to May 2022, Thao defined research goals for a sports facility management app, analyzed qualitative data, and collaborated with a remote team. Thao holds a Master of Science in Experimental Psychology from the University of Idaho and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Merced, along with additional studies in psychology at California State University, Fresno and Lund University.
