Gary Churchman has over 30 years of experience in contract management within the defense sector, currently serving as Contracts Manager at Pacific Scientific Energetic Materials Company (California) LLC since January 2003. Prior experience includes a role as Contracts Manager at Martin Marietta Corporation, where involvement with the West Coast Shuttle Program transitioned to management of commercial contracts in Denver.
