Andrea Grossman

Andrea Grossman has extensive experience in legal and corporate governance roles within the pharmaceutical industry. Grossman served as Corporate Governance and Contracts Manager at Takeda Pharmaceuticals from January 2019 to February 2022, where responsibilities included oversight of US subsidiaries and participation in Project LEO, which streamlined operations by consolidating over 70 subsidiaries into 25. Previously, Grossman held the positions of Senior Legal Analyst at both Takeda and Shire, in addition to roles at Johnson & Johnson, CIRCOR International, and Genzyme Corporation, focusing on contract management, legal compliance, and paralegal support. Education includes a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Boston University and a B.A. in English from Amherst College.
