Ken Masterson

Ken Masterson is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Business Unit Controller at Pacific Scientific Energetic Materials Company since July 2016, Ken has previously held the role of Senior Financial Analyst within the same company and has acted as the director of finance during a transitional period. Prior to joining Pacific Scientific, Ken worked at Lockheed Martin, where responsibilities included leading financial analyses on major programs exceeding $300 million in revenue. Ken's earlier career includes significant roles at Hewlett-Packard, contributing to both sales and system engineering, as well as serving as an auditor for the Defense Contract Audit Agency. Ken holds an MBA from San Jose State University and a BS in Accounting from California State University, Chico.
