Previous experience also includes a significant tenure as General Manager at Quin Sea Fisheries Limited and various management roles at Fishery Products International Ltd/Ocean Choice International. Education includes a degree in Food Technology, Marine Products from the Fisheries and Marine Institute of Memorial University of Newfoundland and additional studies in General Studies/B-Tech/Executive Development Certification from Memorial University of Newfoundland, along with earlier education at Grandys River Collegiate.
