Per Cummings has extensive experience in the hospitality and human resources sectors, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Pacific Seafood since February 2023. Prior to this, Per held the position of Director of Hospitality at Restaurants Unlimited Inc. (RUI) from February 2017 to August 2023, overseeing operations for various Seattle area restaurants. Per's career began at Restaurants Unlimited, where a 30-year tenure included 10 years as Senior General Manager and culminated in a role as HR Director at Anthony's Seafood Grill from 2010 to January 2017. Per Cummings earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Eastern Washington University.
