Robb Bell has a diverse work experience in various industries. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Sales Associate at Locker Room Sporting Goods, where they managed inventory and helped implement a new management system. In 2015, they interned at Cathedral Ridge Winery, where they assisted with vineyard operations and sales. Robb continued working at Cathedral Ridge Winery in 2017 as a Vineyard Assistant, performing tasks such as bottling, labeling, and facilitating wine shipments. In 2018, they became an Operations Assistant at the winery, managing the bottling line and handling packing and shipping for online orders. Robb also worked as a Retail Sales Associate at Kohl's, providing customer service and assisting with fulfillment. In 2019, they worked as a Server at Land Run Bar and Grill before joining Pacific Seafood as a Distribution Operations Intern. Robb later became an Operations Supervisor and a Special Project Supervisor at Pacific Seafood. Robb'smost recent role at Pacific Seafood is being a Project Lead Enterprise Resources Planning, responsible for implementing SAP EWM and IM.

Robb Bell attended the University of Oklahoma from 2014 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Sustainability.
