Darrell Searle

Darrell Searle serves as the National Project Director at Pacific Services Group Pty Ltd since June 2011, where responsibilities include overseeing commercial contracts, managing contract risks, negotiating contracts, and providing leadership in project expertise during the tender process and delivery of major contracts. Darrell actively builds relationships and capitalizes on marketing opportunities nationally, collaborates with State General Managers to develop project management and construction talent, and possesses extensive experience in major construction projects, having personally delivered projects valued at up to $120 million. Prior to this role, Darrell was a Project Manager at Elecraft (Aust) Pty Ltd from January 1996 to June 2011, managing multimillion-dollar projects and overseeing teams of up to 150 individuals within the electrical contracting industry.
