Previously, Gary held leadership roles including CEO for MindChamps Australia & New Zealand and EGM of Transformation at Crown Resorts Melbourne, where key change initiatives were successfully implemented. Gary also served as CEO and Managing Director of G8 Education Ltd, transforming the organization into a sustainable and financially sound business, while achieving substantial improvements in operational performance and employee engagement.
