Robert Ruijssenaars has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies in the beverage and packaging industries. Robert is currently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer at Pacific Southwest Container, LLC, where they focus on designing and producing innovative packaging solutions. Prior to this, Robert held various leadership roles at E. & J. Gallo Winery, including Vice President of Brand Management and Vice President of Corporate Strategy. During their tenure at Gallo Winery, they were responsible for brand equity building, portfolio prioritization, and implementing marketing modernization. Before that, Robert worked as the Director of Brand Management at Gallo Winery, leading the development of numerous wine and spirits brands. Robert also served as the General Sales Manager for the Netherlands and Switzerland at Gallo Winery, overseeing sales, marketing, and operations. Robert began their career at Romano Beverage as a Sales District Manager and Sales Representative. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong track record of driving revenue growth, implementing cost-saving measures, and leading cross-functional teams.

Robert Ruijssenaars completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, with a minor in International Business, from Miami University from 1991 to 1995. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, specializing in General Management, Strategy, Marketing, and Finance, between 2004 and 2006.
