Project Management Team

The Project Management Team at Pacific Southwest Structures, Inc. (PSSI) is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. Comprising project engineers, project managers, and led by the Director of Project Management, the team ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. They coordinate with design teams, manage resources, and maintain communication with stakeholders to seamlessly integrate client visions into tangible structures across Southern California.
