MR YEONG serves as the Independent Director of the Company, Chairman of the Nominating Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee. He is currently a director at Drew & Napier LLC. Mr Yeong as a practicing lawyer has extensive real estate and financing experience and advises on many financing and real estate transactions. Prior to joining Drew & Napier LLC, Mr Yeong was one of founding partners of a Singapore law firm. He was also previously the General Counsel for Asia as well as the Head of Legal for Singapore for a European bank. Mr Yeong graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from National University of Singapore and is a member of Law Society of Singapore and Singapore Academy of Law.
