John Totoiu

John Totoiu serves as the Director of IT PMO at Pacific Sunwear since July 2018, leveraging extensive experience in IT project management and development. Prior roles include IT Program Manager as an independent consultant, and Senior IT Director at First American Title Insurance Co., where leadership spanned application development and software project execution. John also held various positions at First American Title, including IT Director and IT Manager, overseeing extensive software development projects and a large team of business system analysts. Additional experience includes project management and software engineering roles at Toshiba America Medical Systems and other companies. John holds an MS in Management Information Systems from California State University, Fullerton, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Transilvania University Brasov.
