Joseph Wong

Joseph Wong is an Associate Software Engineer at Paramount, where responsibilities include developing scalable tools for live streaming sports events and designing API endpoints for system integration. Previously, Joseph served as a Software Engineer Intern at Paramount, focusing on creating an internal alerting system using Java Spring Boot and Google Pubsub, and as an intern at Syntiant Corp., where an efficient RESTful API was developed for data preparation. Additional experience includes roles as an Undergraduate Reader and Research Assistant at UC Irvine, managing course administration for over 400 students and implementing algorithms in Python. Joseph holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from UCLA and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from UC Irvine, along with experience as a Substitute Violinist with Pacific Symphony.
