Previously, Heather managed a boutique vacation rental company, SVE, overseeing multiple properties and handling all operational aspects. Prior roles include coordination of sales and marketing for condominium projects at Intero Real Estate Services and Sotheby's International Realty, where Heather developed expertise in transaction coordination and branding. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and an Associate of Arts from Santa Rosa Junior College.
