Ms. Kelley is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of PacWest Bancorp and Executive Vice President, Corporate Secretary of Pacific Western Bank. She was executive vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary of NBT Bancorp Inc. from 2019 to 2021. Previously, she served various positions at Heartland Financial USA, Inc., including senior vice president and deputy general counsel from 2015 to 2019, and corporate secretary from 2018 to 2019.
