Paul W. Taylor

Mr. Taylor is President and Chief Executive Officer and a Director of PacWest Bancorp and Pacific Western Bank. He was President of PacWest Bancorp and Pacific Western Bank in 2022. He previously served as chief executive officer, president and a director of Opus Bank from 2019 until it was acquired in 2020. He was chief executive officer, president and a director of Guaranty Bancorp, and chief executive officer and chairman of the board of directors of Guaranty Bank and Trust Company, a banking subsidiary of Guaranty Bancorp, from 2011 through 2018. Prior to that, he held various positions, including executive vice president, chief financial and operating officer and secretary of Guaranty Bancorp.
