Luis Enrique Terrazas

Luis Enrique Terrazas is a seasoned construction and development professional with extensive experience in senior living, hospitality, multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial retail properties. Currently serving as Vice President of Construction at Pacifica Companies since February 2024, Luis previously held the position of Vice President of Construction and Development at Hotel Investment Group from April 2022 to February 2024. Luis's long tenure at Pacifica Companies from December 2008 to April 2022 as Director of Development involved overseeing large-scale, multimillion-dollar mixed-use projects and collaborating with various stakeholders.
