Manoj Barai Mrics

Manoj Barai MRICS has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Manoj started their career at Colliers International as a Consultant in 1997. Manoj then joined Jones Lang LaSalle as a Manager in 1999 and later moved on to HMA Group as a Manager of Operations from 2001 to 2003.

In 2003, Manoj joined Integrated Property Management & Services Limited as an Area Manager, where they successfully developed the branch operations and brought in 4 major IT facilities under management for FM.

Manoj then worked at Knight Frank India as the Head of Agency for South India, managing national and international accounts and generating national level mandates from the southern markets.

Manoj later joined Edelweiss Capital as a Vice President, where they jointly headed the real estate services group and worked on fund raising plans for developers and identified investment opportunities in the Indian real estate market for international equity investor funds.

Currently, Manoj is working at Pacifica Companies as the Director of Business Development, where they are responsible for identifying investment opportunities across various verticals and negotiating and structuring investment deals. Manoj oversees the complete project execution and implementation.

Throughout their career, Manoj has demonstrated strong leadership skills and has consistently achieved notable results.

Manoj Barai MRICS completed a degree in Marketing Management from Annamalai University in 1997. Manoj also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from D.G Vaishnav College, which they earned between 1987 and 1990, with a focus on Commerce and Management.
