Ricardo Bevilacqua

Ricardo Bevilacqua has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Ricardo started their career in 1996 at Citigroup, where they served as a Controller/Auditor. Later, Bevilacqua joined Michael Page as a Manager, where they played a crucial role in establishing the Banking and Marketing & Sales divisions in Brazil. Ricardo also developed and implemented training programs for new hires during their tenure. Subsequently, Bevilacqua became the Managing Director of Case Consulting, where they successfully led the start-up of the company and expanded its team to 50 recruiters. Ricardo achieved significant revenue growth during their two-year tenure. After that, Bevilacqua worked as the Managing Director for Latin America at Robert Half International. In this position, they oversaw the company's operations in the region from 2007 to 2011. In 2011, Bevilacqua assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer at Pacifica Continental, a multinational recruitment company. In this role, they focused on developing relationships with over 200 Private Equity firms globally. In 2012, they co-founded and became a Board Member of Recrutando.com, a recruiting and staffing portal specializing in Engineer and Technology professionals. Throughout their career, Bevilacqua has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a passion for driving business success.
