Dustin Till is an experienced attorney specializing in environmental and energy law. Since April 2014, Dustin has served as Assistant General Counsel at PacifiCorp, advising the government affairs team on legislative issues across Washington, Oregon, and California, focusing on carbon pricing and renewable energy standards. Previously, Dustin held the title of Senior Counsel, where advisory work encompassed complex regulatory and environmental issues. As Past Chair of the Oregon State Bar's Environmental and Natural Resources Section, Dustin has contributed to the committee for seven years in various leadership roles. Prior experience includes serving as an Energy and Environmental Attorney at Marten Law, where litigation and regulatory representations were key responsibilities, and internships with the Honorable Thomas Zilly and the King County Bar Association. Dustin holds a Juris Doctorate from Seattle University School of Law and a BA in History and English from Western Washington University.
