Joseph Holland

Joseph Holland is an experienced professional in the energy and regulatory sectors, currently serving as the Manager of Back Office Transmission at PacifiCorp since December 2019, where responsibilities include analyzing operational data and implementing IT solutions. Prior to this role, Joseph worked as a Senior Utility Engineer at the State of Utah, focusing on public utility issues and strategic planning from March 2017 to December 2019. Joseph also held the position of Senior Regulatory Analyst II at Kinder Morgan, coordinating rate and tariff filings with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission from July 2013 to March 2017.
