Shruti Ladge

Shruti Ladge is a seasoned professional in renewable energy development with extensive experience in project management and engineering roles. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at PacifiCorp since November 2019, Shruti previously held positions at DNV GL, where the role involved coordinating Independent Engineering due diligence for utility-grade wind projects and facilitating financial closings. Previous experience includes project engineering at Intertek, focusing on wind resource data analysis and compliance with IEC standards, as well as research assistance at the Fluid Structure Interactions Lab, where experimental work on wind turbine blade stability was conducted. An educational background includes a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor's degree from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
