Mark Perry Phr

Mark Perry, PHR, SHRM-CP has diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Mark currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Pacific Plumbing Supply Co, LLC, where they oversee all HR operations for a regional wholesale plumbing supplier with 15 locations and 200 employees across Washington, Montana, and Alaska. Mark effectively manages payroll, benefits, employee relations, and recruiting, and acts as a liaison between executive management and administrative/operations staff.

Prior to their current role, Mark was the Human Resources Manager at HD Fowler Company, where they managed all HR functions for a regional company with 21 locations and 450 employees in Washington, Idaho, Oregon, and Montana. In this role, they handled payroll, recruiting, employee relations, safety programs, worker's compensation, benefits, and compensation.

Before joining HD Fowler Company, Mark worked at Pioneer Human Services as a Human Resources Business Partner and Recruiter. In the role of a Human Resources Business Partner, they worked from March 2015 to April 2017, and as a Recruiter, they worked from October 2013 to March 2015.

Mark Perry, PHR, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University-Commerce. In 2015, they obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). In February 2020, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
