Jacob Vandermeer

Jacob Vandermeer has a diverse background in customer service and management roles, with experience in call center operations, construction project management, and retail. Jacob is currently serving as the Customer Service Manager - Government Operations at PacificSource Health Plans, overseeing multiple teams to ensure high service levels. Prior to this, Jacob held leadership positions at IBEX | Global, Sunwest Builders, Rent-A-Center, and Health Mor Inc. Jacob is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Management at Boise State University.
